These types of wrecks at least now are more all bark no bite type of wrecks. It’s super scary and crazy to see but the driver almost always walks out okay.

4:47 I was there. Didn’t see the car flip because of the smoke but could see the parts and things flying

Good compilation. The most memorable rollover for me among the lesser known ones was Latvala in WRC 2009 in Portugal, where he rolled 17 times

The guy who built Jeremy Foley’s car did a horrible job, he almost got two people killed. Look up how badly the cage failed on the passenger side, the co-drivers helmet was cracked like an egg. When he got called out on it he went on the offensive and was a real dick about it. His cage was woeful,y inadequate and the best he could put up for a defense was “it was built to the rules.” Every one that sees that wreck needs to understand just how close that guy got to getting two people killed and would not entertain the idea he designed it wrong, no matter what the rules said.

I mean that car did fly off the side of a cliff and the 2 guys lived. You can’t expect shit to be perfect when you’re destroying it in the worst way possible I’d say.

@@hotdoglover1573this is exactly what I meant by going and actually looking at what happened. It’s clear you don’t actually know and instead decided to say something anyway. BOTH seats tore out of the floor, the passenger side completely collapsed ONTO to the co-driver because it wasn’t triangulated and he came halfway out of the car and smashed his head on rocks hard enough to crack his helmet almost completely through. Rally cars have MUCH worse accidents and drivers aren’t hurt. Seriously, instead of talking to hear yourself talk go look up what happened to that car instead of spouting off. Maybe you’ll learn something. What he did was inexcusable, he almost got someone killed and decided to attack other people with very valid criticism of his design and their offered improvements for his next car.
