I’m thinking about buying this motor. How does the slot lock do in river current? Obviously not really fast moving waters but a normal flow of a large river. Thanks

So I’ve been out on really windy days and it holds true to the spot pretty well. Only thing to pay attention to is to try and set the spot with the nose of your boat going into the wind. Because that’s how it will end up anyway.

What length shaft is this one?

This one is the 70” shaft. I don’t even use it as deep as it can go and also I like how I can lift it straight up and not have to pull it out of the water if I’m running up into shallow water.

@@TheChodsr I run mine down the side with a zip tie around the depth adjuster and another through that one that wraps around the cable to keep it in check
