Motorcycle Treasure Hunt: The Ultimate Barn Find! #barnfind #vintagemotorcycles #motorcyclerewind
Hey Motorcycle Rewind fam! You won't believe what we've got for you in today's episode. I had the incredible opportunity to roam through my buddy Bill's barn find collection, and let me tell you, it's the motorcycle mecca we all dream about! 🏍️
🔧 What's In The Barn? 🔧
Motorcycles galore: Vintage, rare, and everything in between.
Tanks, seats, exhausts...you name it, Bill's barn has it.
Believe it or not, this is just the tip of the iceberg. There's another building packed to the rafters with motorcycles and NOS parts!
🔥 HondaMatic Project Update 🔥
The main reason for this expedition was to find a tank for our ongoing HondaMatic project. Good news-mission accomplished! Actually, we hit the jackpot and came back with not one but TWO tanks. Double win!
🛒 Everything Must Go! 🛒
The best part? Bill is looking to liquidate EVERYTHING. Yep, you heard that right. If you're in the market for some quality vintage parts or bikes, this is your golden opportunity.

That’s why one is in my garage right now. Need to find a CB125 to put it on. Thanks for watching.
I was hoping you would take both tanks, and I see that you did. If you can find some side covers to match the blue tank, it might be cool to do it in blue and then when you feel like it switch to red since you've already got a good pair of red side covers that came with it (you could do that swap in literally just a couple of minutes as long as that red tank is serviceable).

What a collection, years ago here in AUS I bought an old Dream and did it up and when I sold it, a guy thought he had the earliest dream that ever came to AUS only to find out the one I sold him was years earlier, so he had to start looking all over again 😂

It is pretty amazing.
That Z1-R TC is Bananas Collectible. At a time when no Japanese production turbo's existed it was a dealer option of 500/yr for two years only. The price of those things was already nuts before the recent Z1900's sales commanded record auction prices. I don't know how many fakes there are, probably more than real ones, but I wouldn't be surprised if your buddy has a real one.

Such a rare motorcycle. Thanks for watching.
so much stuff, and so difficult to organize/identify/label etc...this either needs to go to auction (if any auction house would even have the guts to take it on), or hire someone to list it all on ebay - maybe offer a % of revenue for pay... The thought of searching through all this to maybe find a part I need is something i would dread.

I wonder if Bill has any late '70s Suzuki GS bikes -- anything from a 550 up to 1000 would be awesome. I love those bikes. I miss my big GS1000E with the VHR pipe. So fast, so stable, such great handling...and the kids nowadays think they were suicidally bad. They have no clue... For that matter, same time period KZ650 up to KZ1000 would be awesome as well. They were really strong bikes as well.

Gee I wish I seen this 6 month ago . I been looking for a set of Honda 360 carbs that are good for a year now . Bought 2 sets off ebay ended up being junk . I did managed to find a buildable set a month ago . I had a hard time trying to get the bike running correctly . I think I got it straighened out now . three things at once . Low voltage to one coil , Replaced kill switch , coils , ingition switch , put in Ricks rotor , replaced updated volt reg & rec . Well that inproved voltage from 11.48 to 12.14 volts . but still did not fix the missing cylinder or weak spark . It ended up being carb will I think now . I am almost to the point where I need to give up .

That kz1000z1r tc might have been an original Molly graphics turbo bike. Are you familiar with the Mollys and the story of Kawasaki partnering with ATP (American turbo pak) to add turbo to the 78-80 Z1 r and sell them as new but unwarranteed “racing” model. The Molly was a graphics package on top of a Z1 r TC
