Basically pay 360 for a game of cat n mouse bruvv aha in belgium they confiscate your bike/car/license if u do anythin wrong or if its illegal in the slightest, he would of got a way bigger fine, and also get a freedom restriction (bein jail, a curfew, bein tagged, probation, ...)

it is smart, because they might focus on it for ur next turn so if u use it for a while and then indiciate the opposite way ur going u could have a chance of throwing them off .

Looked like an illegal dirt bike with no reg plate, insurance etc? Here in the UK they often ride in parks and down cycleways at 35mph. They churn up parks etc. Plus riders usually have no insurance in case they run into a kid in the park etc. And they usually ride like lunes. No idea about Finland, but if this were the U.K. people would likely be much safer with dudes like this fined. Also, the bikes are very often stolen by these kinds of riders. See then around council estates a lot. If the police did not go after them there would be far more of 'em. Just saying.

In Poland, police knows they have no chance against dirtbike riders. I ran away 3 times. Police turned on signal and started Chase but If you go even on the gravel they give up. IN THIS VIDEO POLICE IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY! This rider has good skills!
