This show perfectly demonstrates what paramedics have to go through, whilst trying to treat injured adults and a child, they also have to deal with hostility from people standing inches from them.

More than many people can imagine. Personally had the following in 22 years; chased by a drug fuelled guy with a samurai sword, 2x pistols pointed at us (and we're in Australia, not the US), 4x knife threats, needles with blood filled syringes, and lost count of the number of times we've been spat at, had blood and other body fluids intentionally flicked at us. A lot of other incidents I've probably forgotten over the years. I felt safer when I was a cop for 8 years.

The person on the sports bike (GSXR 600) did nothing wrong, he was riding legally. As far as i can tell, an irresponsible step-dad riding on an unregistered 50cc motorbike with his kid (this is very illegal), was on a blind corner or because of how small the bike is, was covered by a car on a bendy road and went head on into that poor man (notice the front end fairing damage on both bikes.) Feel sorry for the kid with parents this irresponsible, and i feel sorry for the guy on the sports bike who just wanted to commute. Charge the step-dad.

Any council estate in the UK you will see people (and kids) flying around on bikes. No docs, no plates, no lights, no helmets etc it's a pain but everyone the police confiscate one, another one pops up...... unfortunately it's things like this that seemingly need to happen to open their eyes. Such a sad event for those involved.

I remember, in the police academy, an instructor worked for a state crime lab. He received an email from someone that read "speed kills". It was a motorcycle accident from somewhere in Europe. A guy on a motorcycle went to fast around a turn and hit a telephone pole. One half of his body went one way, the other half the other way. Literally. I would never put a kid on a motorcycle after seeing those photos. You may do nothing wrong but you are still human.

kids younger than that ride their own quads and dirt bikes on the field behind my house all the time. the youngest kid I know who rides a quad is 3 years old, and he wears all protection. He's never gotten hurt once. It's safe as long as you actually do things properly, because the quads and bikes for kids aren't as fast and powerful as the ones for adults. These parents did not take the proper safety measures.

He said what ambulance? There isn’t one🤷🏼‍♀️.

That's what my dad did with me, of course never on highways 'till i was much older, what this came down too was just a guy not paying attention while riding and hitting someone. i wouldn't call this child endangerment, just piss poor riding from the bloke, who swirved to the next lane on a blind corner
