In this video, you will know how to open a 25kw electrical motor and find out what is the problem with this motor.
This motor was new but after some days it just stops moving and we checked from outside. But there was no problem and then we decided we will dismount it. After dismounting we got some unnecessary metal object inside the motor and it was spared from rotor balancing point. If you want to know more about rotor balancing for a motor then Google it. For this metal object, motor winding was burned and we lost the motor.
