how did you get the cam chain guide out? not the tension guide but the other one, in this video it just disappears

The guide/tensioner is still there. I think you'll need to split the case to get it out

Does anyone know where to buy the motor rebuild kit? I have to replace the tensioner as well, but it seems a full rebuild kit is not available.
