Motocross Action tests Haiden "Danger Boy" Deegan KTM 112cc Two Stroke

Спорт

#twostroke #motocross #supercross #racing
Motocross Action Magazine tests Haiden Deegan's KTM 112cc Super Mini two stroke built by Twisted Development at the Deegan Compound in Temecula, California. Haiden Deegan is being primed for a professional career in racing by former fmx star and 125 main event winner Brian Deegan. Brian and the family have built a one stop shop facility in the hills of Temecula for Haiden to train on, do some testing, and have some fun. Check out what MXA thought about this super trick super mini build and what's in store for the young gun moving forward. There are a host of after market companies and people that make this mini ripper as fast as it is.

There's more to racing than going fast. Ask Jlaw, or Brian Deegan for that matter. But I don't think Mr. Deegan will let his kids loose sight of everything else it takes to be a challenger for championships.

  • @abracing199

@@zealobiron are you really using jlaw as an example of success? Hes burned out after wasting his talent and stuck working a day job. He's the perfect example of what not to do. Deegan was smart enough to pivot to the up and coming freestyle at the time and got his foot in the door and used his talent there to great success because he wasn't much of a racer. Deegan sucess was in marketing more than anything with his "rivalry" good vs bad thing with Travis for all of those years.

Hes a great rider, alot of butt-hurt ppl commenting about how its dad pocket paying, the kid wins, and wins alot, you can't buy talent and yiu certainly can't buy podiums, just accept that his dad has paved they way as any father in his position would do. Dont hate, Brian came from nothing and knows the values of being humble.

A lot of people seem to think hes just racing against mom and pop out of the back of their pickup truck when he's actually going against full factory support teams from kawi and Honda. They all have money and private tracks at the top of the sport.

No he's just had a full funded program since he could ride a bike, has time to practice nearly every day and if the bike blows up then here comes day to the rescue. Its not that he is paying for the win but he has opportunities that most average kids don't have because his family has money. Most families struggle with the expenses and can't keep racing or even start racing because of that. I have a buddy who is wicked fast and was riding a big bore kx250 when he was 15 and he hasn't raced at all and never practices. Imagine if my buddy had all that money behind him and the sponsers of his fathers previous careers. Brian paved the way and is doing what any parent would do for their kid if they had money. All I'm saying is average kids can't do this so its essier for him to be successful when he doesn't have to worry about where moneys coming from or if he'll get sponsers...

112 now? In such a small light weight chassis... you could easily get it to out run a 125. I remember my 105 being a rocket ship... thankd erick gorr, the king of 2 strokes

That 112 is faster than any stock 125. Only 125s with some engine work would be able to out run it. The power to size ratio on Young Deegan's bike is insane.

The young man has a supercross track to practice on everyday, has a coach there everyday, has alot of knowledge with his Dad racing and freestyle background so get over it. The young man has busted his ass for years and it's paying off. Swept Loretta Lynn this year.

You think this bike is faster than a stock 125 2-stoke ?

Good for the Deegans! All of us dad's wish we could afford these machines and give our kids every opportunity to win. To those who are butt-hurt...your jealousy is showing. It’ll be exciting to see Haiden turn pro and ride a two-stroke 125 against four-stroke 250s. The 250 class is going to PACKED with talent!

I think with dangerboy needs to get on a 250 and start racing wipth the big boys. He dominates on thpe track and i seen him ride hid dads 450 on track.

Probably making the same or more power as a stock 125 while being lighter and having a shorter wheelbase. Probably a faster package with a kid riding it.
