Hahahaha. Tune in here for horrible recreations of all future MotoAmerica races! I’ll steal literally DOZENS of their views.

I have to say that I was surprised that you posted that video. I assumed you had got their blessing. Clearly you didn't, so it's not at all surprising that you got the takedown. Everybody else gets copyright strikes for far less.

I mean, I used a LOT of their footage in my Daytona video and they didn’t mind. I mixed it in with footage I took from there, so I suppose they considered it original enough not to bother. That video is still up. Maybe I’ll put my face in a corner and commentate over the footage I use next time. As a “news channel”, you can get away with a lot more, that’s why I had ZNN segments. Zerofun News Network does whatever it wants!

Oh, and I emailed them and they ignored me. So, I guess their legal team exclusively speaks for them now.

I guess this was only a "finger slap" from them...Okay. I didn't watch MotoAmerica, nor did I know that I might want to watch MotoAmerica until I saw your video. The future is now indeed. Okay, I might watch MotoAmerica after watching your horrible review if you inspire me with the horrible content. (If I do this, should you get a commission ??) ;)

Right? I’m an ad for their real content now! If you want to see the EV portion of the race it’s 90 minutes long. I had it trimmed down to 12, and included footage from other sources, and some modifications to point things out.
