ഇതാണ് ഇന്നത്തെ ലോകം 😮😮😮

പണം ഇല്ലാതെ ജീവിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയാത്ത അവസ്ഥയാണ് എപ്പോൾ ആണെങ്കിലും. ജീവിതത്തില്‍ പണം വന്ന് കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ ജീവിതം വേറെ ഒരു level ഇല്‍ ആകും. ഈ കഥയിൽ 2 positive കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ട് ഒന്ന് മക്കള്‍ വിദേശത്ത് നിന്ന് പണം അയച്ചു കൊടുത്തു രണ്ടാമത്തെ അച്ഛനും അമ്മയും ആ പണം ധുർത്ത് ചെയ്തു നശിപ്പിച്ചുക്കളഞ്ഞില്ല. ഇന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് പണം ആദ്യം ഒക്കെ കുറച്ച് അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കും പിന്നെ ഒന്നും കൊടുക്കാതെ ആകും.

നമ്മൾ ക്കു കഷ്ടം, വളരെ ദുഃഖം ഒക്കെ വരുപ്പോൾ മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ വേദനയും മനസിലാകൂ 😢

Why depend on children in our old age? Especially if you are reasonably well off financially? There are good retirement homes in Kerala now like Bless near Ernakulam, Rahel homes in Kolanchery, Grace retirement homes near Mulamthuruthy etc. Lots of people, even not so old couples and single people go there these days. The poor Ammachi in this story could have easily afforded to go there and enjoy good company and peace in her later years relieving the two good children also of feeling guilty. It is not always practical to care for old parents if you are abroad. It is a tough battle for survival out there in foreign countries where you have to outperform the locals to stay in your job successfully.

Yes its a good story-- Both the parents and children are right in their own ways-- In a way parents can look after themselves and not expect their children to be with them-- thats a very selfish thought bcoz children need their own space-- we all do. Many people live alone-- without depending on anyone .🎉🎉🎉
