D2D is such a grind, I truly believe if you can handle all the bullshit that comes with D2D you can be successful in anything.

I watched this video because I just started a door to door sales job. And man sh*t is hard🤣 we are the most hated People in the world. My second day on training someone called the cops on us. The girl that was training me was very calmed, me I started to panic, I avoided making eye contact with the cop and didn’t talk much because if I did I would burst into tears. mind you I’m 5 years older than the girl that was training me. Then I realized I can’t quit this job it’s freaking hard but if I don’t do it I will always be mentally weak and intimidated by other people. And I will end up with a mediocre job that won’t help me grow

It’s all about perseverance, that’s just a good quote for managers to find better people that require less training pretty much, the reality is if you want something bad enough you can make it through, some of the best salespeople/business owners were people who started at the bottom with all odds against them and they pushed through believing in themselves, with their eyes on their vision and goals, and surrounding themselves with people that were positive and would lift them up and they made it. Hard work beats talent everyday of the weak when talent doesn’t work hard.

i didn’t know there are still D2D sales . im at work all day . i remember when they had encyclopedia sales door to door

Years ago I learned how to handle rejection from Star Trek II. It starts off with a simulation exercise. Later Kristie Alley's character asks Kirk what he did to beat the simulation. He replied that he reprogrammed the computer to be able to rescue the spaceship. It was then that I realized we just need to reprogram ourselves as to what success is. Did you make the presentation correctly? Then you should consider that to be a success. When you do, no matter what the outcome at that door was, you go to the next door knowing you just had a success.

Left a fixed ops job after getting my life back. Now in D2D Solar and we are the most loved people in the world. We set our own schedules. We dictate where, who and how we make our money. They hate us cause they ain’t us.
