The reason why I got tired so easily and became frequently anxious was because I always had a lot on my mind. 'What if I appear to be a pushover?' 'They will think of me as an incompetent person.’ ‘Am I the only one behind?' ‘It won't happen anyway. Let's just not do it.' Debating one idea with another idea was like starting an endless fight with myself. 'Everything is going to be alright. I can do this.' 'Let's just think positively.' 'I am going to start tomorrow for real this time. ' When I told myself such phrases, I would feel better for a moment but did not see actual change.
