How old ? Whats the price? Whats the lot rent? Was it in a hurricane? Termites? Financing?

Thanks for the comment, welcome to the community. All of the numbers are addressed in The Numbers Section towards the end of the video. Nearly every home along the Gulf Coast at this point has been in some type of hurricane as the last one that came through the area was last Fall.
Can you get financing for these homes?
