I am from kulachi and its our traditional dish,, This was cooked in a simple way , its main receipe is when sobat is ready , you have to fry the meat in separate masala jaat ,, and that machi sobat is special one

I'm from Pune, India. I've experienced similar kind of dish in our localities. Which is called as 'Rassa Bhakri Churun'. It consists of chicken/mutton as protein with a liquidy gravy called as 'Rassa' and the 'Jowar Bhakri' bread is crushed into pieces followed by gravy and protein. Lethal combination!!
