It's a physiological fact that the one who is so cheerful and giggly will be the most scariest when the get angry.. But their anger wouldn't last longer if they aren't triggered or else things can end up badly.. Their anger would be unexpected out of the sudden but they calm down quicker.. It's really scary because I have experienced it few times from few people..
