I was a court room security officer when the judge sentenced a prisoner to 30 years for sexual assault on a minor, the prisoner was in belly chains, handcuffs and leg shackles and tried to charge the judge so I stepped on his leg shackle chain and went face first into the floor, the judge then tacked on a futher 5 years for attempted assault on a sitting judge, it still baffles me on what the prisoner thought he was going to do while his hands were chained to his waist

When the father, of the molested girls, began talking and asking for that 5 or 1 minute..... I cried. 😢 I felt his pain. It broke my heart. For his daughters and his mental pains. Because I have a daughter to and you normally could trust that man because of his job etc. And then hearing these things. Djeeez, I would go crazy too I think. 😡 a lot of respect for the father...for his calmness prior and after. 🥺 I hope all the girls, he molested, can try to enjoy life and love. 💗

How is the second guy gonna get severely less time in charges for SA to CHILDREN, but almost 2-4 times more time for attempted murder (not murder). He basically murdered those children as the impact from that trauma will live with them forever. They were only so young and is now gonna attempt to live the rest of their lives with this trauma. Who knows if they will even live for long, my friend wasn't able to even with a ton of therapy. These are children, they're probably forced to grow up now and will think of the world differently. Their lives will no longer be the same and have probably shifted in behavior too. This is tragic, the system failed him. Had he not attempted to murder the guy, he could have roamed free and these children would've suffered with the fears of coming across him or other people just like him everyday until it becomes unbearable.

Most of these judges are on a flaming power trip! Charging family of victims for getting angry in court is disgusting! And who the hell cares if someone swears. What are we, 12! The law is an ass!

The court officers and judge should just play dum for a minute when the "defendants" are attacked. Then the judge should ask the officers if there something going on before asking them to restore peace in the courtroom.

In any case, someone who is accused of domestic violence should not have to stand directly in front of the judge's bench. Especially not if he/she is supposed to remain silent or is not allowed to have the last word. Creating such a situation is completely nonsensical if you don't want any outbreaks of violence.
