I’m from the Netherlands, went to dortmund against leverkusen once. It is just a different world, such a great ambiance and amazing fans. The respect between supporters of dortmund and leverkusen was just unreal. I wish it would be the same in NL.

The one thing about bundesliga is the fair play. Even down to the cost of match tickets for the fans. It may not be the most exiting league in the world but its definately the one with the most integrity

Hmm. The referee took Bayern Munich and Hoffenheim players off and they played kickabout when they came back out because of a banner insulting a billionaire bankrolling a football club. But at the same time when players were racially abused, referees and teams did nothing. This is a pretence of integrity, it's not genuine and it's disturbingly shallow.

I'm not a football fan by any means, but I've found myself watching videos of clips like this, and to see such a close-knit community of players at the highest level of their career is so heartwarming. The match where they called it off due to the banner and just started playing with the ball was amazing to see and makes me want to be a fan.

That one pissed me off, though. Hernandez had every right to be pissed off, yet it was Haaland that was trying to square up? That just didn’t sit right with me.

There isn't enough of this integrity in our game. Players from other leagues should learn something from this. There is so much money in the game now that it's win at all costs. I would feel better winning fairly, than not winning at all. I can't think of a single instance of fair play like this in the Premiership in the last 20 years. Bravo to the Bundesliga and all of the players involved..

Bundesliga is my favorite league and this is why. The fans and players have such respect for each other. Yes, there are some bad apples, but all in all it's a good place. I'd feel grateful to see a game in this league one day. Bless from the USA.

Haaland recently won a penalty and then handed the ball to Gundogan, so the latter would have a chance at getting his hat trick. Erling's a class act!

so many Haaland footage up on here damn, his parent taught him good you can even see his politeness in Manchester City as well like not throwing jacket to the staff but instead take it off and hand them directly, that's why attitude plus hard work equal the treble right on his first Season at Manchester City , plus making new record of goal scoring in epl and maintain top scorer in ucl well deserved ! we don't see stuff like this from legend like Cr 7 huh or Mbappe ( which what they call Haaland's rivalry when in reality yall know psg is low tier )

People say "its just football". Its so much more then just football. Its a subculture you just cant find anywhere else, its a community that unites, defines and brings us all together, for the greatest sport that god put out on this green earth.

there is an old saying in the UK that says 'football is a gentlemens game played by hooligans, and rugby is a hooligans game played by gentlemen' but this shows, there are still some gentlemen out there playing footy with some grace and decorum
