I can somewhat relate to your views on worklife balance. I am a working women and we are a family of 6 and I did the cooking, cleaning and vessel washing and doing all this in a routine built up lot anger and resentment. I put on weight, I didn’t focus on my skin and when people started to comment on that, again I became irritated. I still don’t have any motivation to focus on myself I am doing all this as a part of routine

I do not know how to explain to her. My friends daughter when she was growing her mother did not tell her that she has gained weight. Then and there she was facing health issues. Being a child she has to be administered by her parents. When finally when she has faced health issues they consulted doctor and doctor told them in front of the child itself tha it is because of her weight. Then immediately she turned to her mother and asked why mom u did not tell me this?. She was unable to answer the child that moment. I do not know whether I have explained correctly or not.

You are right. Health Education should help people to understand about their body. Also people should understand being obese doesn't mean they are unhealthy it will be genetically inherited. Also for the small girls post puberty all the unwanted fats will be reduced. 😊
