➤ What are Gamma Waves?
"A gamma wave is considered to be the fastest brain activity. It is responsible for cognitive functioning, learning, memory, and information processing."
In optimal conditions gamma waves help with attention, focus, binding of senses (smell, sight, and hearing), consciousness, mental processing, and perception.
Your brain produces the speediest of brain waves, the gamma waves, when you're actively involved in processing information and learning, you're concentrating and solving problems, and these brainwaves, which tend to measure upward of 35 Hz, are the proof.
Neuroscientists believe that gamma waves are able to link information from all parts of the brain - these gamma waves move in the thalamus and move from the back of the brain to the front and back again 50 times per second -- not only that, but the entire brain is influenced by the gamma wave. This rapid "full sweep" action makes the gamma state one of peak mental and physical performance. Gamma is the brainwave state of being "In the Zone," that feeling that you can do anything.
A general guideline is to listen for at least 15 to 30 minutes. For deeper effects, such as enhanced sleep or deeper meditation, listening for an hour or more can be beneficial. It's essential to listen to your body and mind's responses and adjust accordingly. Longer sessions can provide more profound benefits, but even short periods can offer significant relaxation and healing effects.

    I don’t understand… Gamma is an awakened state So how come it is good for sleep and insomnia ? Wish there were more comments

    Update I slept 4 hours last night without waking I have not done that in years. Looking forward to tonight BTW I listen for over an hour before bed
