Look at my breakfast nutri meal. Ingredients: min 3 fruits of your choice (apple, banana, kiwi) and you can add berries. Cocoa powder, Chia seeds, Grind flax seeds, Oats (let them in water overnight) 5-6 almonds 5-6 cashews 1tb spoon of honey you can also add - nuts, hazel, peanuts... I mix it with water. I eat this for only God knows how long. It's good, easy to digest, and healthy. It has everything that your body needs. Try it. Cheers.

What species of Banana are best? Robust, Karpooravali(Natively available), Nendran or any specific?
If I assume the groundnuts are raw peanuts? Would roasted peanuts not be as beneficial? I'm not sure I know where to get raw peanuts. Actually Amazon sells some Amish produced ones. I don't think I ever tried raw. Unsalted roasted, yes, but not raw.

Yes they're raw peanuts. Once you roast them, then soaking in water won't work. Amazon does sell raw peanuts. You can have it like this or you can have a small amount of soaked raw peanuts with your breakfast.
The peanut that's not a peanut? or hazelnut etc?
