I've been waiting nearly 50 years for my husband to buy me just a ring. A diamond would be a bonus. He said they're a waste of money other things in life are more important. He pays the bills and put a roof over our heads and food on the table be happy with that. I guess some people's dreams really do come true. It's nice to wish once in awhile. I'm happy for you. Hi , there’s no oxidation after soldering Platinum , You my find some stains but with a good polish and Rhodium you hardly see it , I always leave it cause it shows it was hand made and it shows carácter
