It’s a list of items (usually food or drinks) every ‘celebrity’/performer will have that does enough interviews and/or performances of some kind, that your manager gives to the team at like, the tonignt show or stadium or whatever venue it is, for the green room. You can request whatever you want to be set up there for you. It can be literally anything, but again it’s usually like food or drinks, for before and after. You eventually develop a standard list to supply each venue.
