Yes they are on a par with American workers in the 1940s. In 75 years they will be a nation of whiny, lazy little Weasel dogs, with grievance politics and driving New cars, living in mom's basement, playing video games.

Nice work, and thanks for showing a few parts going through some of the operations. Work stations look well thought out and the product(s) look excellent.

I would trust those axle shafts ,those are better than oem

Well because they are batching work. Different processes being done on different parts at different stations.

@@LogicalNiko obviously, but throwing them and having to pic them again is counterproductive imho. They have to sort them each time, just to scramble them again on the floor, they work fast but the time they win they loose it with that way of managing the parts or so I think. I wish they could tell us the reason. Maybe the fact that there is no other thing than the machines; no chairs no tables, not even chariots or wheeled crates makes them work that way…

I was surprised that they didn't use any depth stops on the first turning operations, until I saw them using the hydraulic copy attachment doing the final cut. Quite an efficient production process.

пока режет - зачем менять) ну, стружка синяя, ну за проход дерут излишне- зато быстрее)) а уж бросить на песок чистенькую, только со станка деталь - за милу душу!! )) кстати, вначале пилили цепи, потом ковали из квадрата, в конце показали с поверхностной закалкой другие детали)) - немного монтажа!)

Если всю эту деталь делают из цепи, то это полное говно, на цепь идёт низкоуглеродная пластичная сталь с содержанием углерода 0.1-0.2%, а на валы нужно сталь с содержанием углерода 0.45-0.7% @@user-jg7lw9zt9k

Actually, if a chain is used on a ship that is insured by Lloyds of London , that chain has been certified also.

never shows the sections of anchor chain being turned into ingots hat are being fed into the furnace
