Wow! So glad I found your channel. John what’s the best way to split up your body parts? This is my current routine: Day 1 Chest, Delts, Triceps Day 2 Legs Day 3 Back, Biceps Day 4 Rest Day 5 Repeat Cycle Should I do this instead? Day 1 Chest, Back Day 2 Legs Day 3 Delts, Arms Day 4 Rest Day 5 Repeat Cycle Perhaps you have a better option? Thanks for your help.

This is fascinating stuff. I don't like the jumps cuts though. Less is more when it comes to editing. But thats me.

Jump cuts violate the space, interrupt an action, and create a sudden gap in time (or an ellipsis). These are simply rapid cuts. (Like the extremely common seperation of line of action and screen direction continuity which actually often form a confluence of action and screen flow which almost everyone violates because they separate out the continuities... when they should be bound together in an arc smaller than 180 degrees).

And the only one worth listening to is John Terilli! Not the skinny "know it all " goofballs who have no experience when it comes to hardcore lifting and competing like John
