They say there are shortages for tradespersons (builders) there’s no excuses give young ppl the incentives or have programs that get job seekers into these fields and instead of long training periods which are pathetic (I know I’ve been there) ,compact it accordingly. If you’re fortunate to be in the higher earning brackets then these issues don’t affect you but housing affordability is a real concern for the middle and lower class who make up for the majority of the population.
