To me, dora doesn't deserve all the hate she has, unlike Caillou. Because Dora cares for the animals around her and likes to help them, while Caillou cares for nobody but only himself. This is why I hate Caillou. But I do love Dora the Explorer

I used to hate Candace as a child. Now, I totally understand her.

My most hated cartoon characters: 1. Allen Gregory: (this bratty boy who infamously falls in love with his elderly principal. He's far too young for her and she's far too old for him as well. What the hell kind of cartoon is that?!) 2. Tom's owner from the infamous Gene Deitch era of Tom and Jerry cartoons: (This abusive prick who is very cruel and brutal towards poor Tom. He definitely should be arrested for animal abuse, ye know.) 3. Scrappy-Doo: (This bratty puppy who is really annoying and obnoxious. Many fans despise him.) 4. The Ants: (Those ants who kill poor Sniffles when he attempts to eat them. Thankfully they never appear again after "Tongue in Cheek" due to their negative reception. I bet they have been exterminated! The Ants are definitely villains more than heroes!) 5. Angelica Pickles: (This brat who is being very mean to babies including her cousins Tommy and Dil by calling them dumb babies. She is a really mean, ungrateful, sassy, ignorant, arrogant, intolerant, spoiled, bossy, abusive, greedy and selfish girl. She is also very naughty. She gets into a lot of trouble all the time.) 6. SwaySway and Buhdeuce: (I cannot stand those two annoying idiots! They're more like Breadwieners or maybe Breadlosers!)

Here is a recent one. Jax from the Amazing Digital Circus is a hated character when episode 2 came out. Everybody loved him in episode 1 for being a jackass character, but somehow in episode 2, people hate him for being a jackass character, which clearly doesn't make any sense since Gooseworks always made his character like that.

The reason she does that is because she consider these odd things Phineas and Ferb are making are crazy and dangerous, this is a more respectable motive than Dee Dee who just have fun to see her brother despaired. Although Caillou improved his behavior in the 4th season, he occured rather bland (which is to be termed in the TV Trope lingo, a Gary Stu like Perfect Peter from Horrid Henry, who is WORSE than Caillou) since he rarely does anything wrong (like they say, NOBODY'S perfect)!

Characters, who DON'T DESERVED to be on this list: - Vinny (Although his mob-like attitudes, he's actually a decent dog) - Elmyra (She's not bad, but she's TOO caring 😅) - Eric T. Cartman (He's EXTREMELY cool! 😁👍) - Dee Dee (She's - sometimes - annoying, but I don't hate her... 🤷‍♂️) - Candace Flynn (Often hysterical, but she's funny 🤣)

Cailou DESERVES to be in this list

I actually find Candace Flynn as one of the best characters in the series. She's very funny, and I LOVE his laughter! 😂

When I was twelve I thought the Yes Guy on The Simpsons was absolutely hilarious.

To be fair to Candace, she's not *always* trying to bust Phineas and Ferb. Sometimes she actually works with them and other times she has something else going on and is none the wiser about whatever they're up to. I also loved how she's often getting humiliated in the end, but gets a lucky break every now and then.

What no D.W from Arthur or Mandy fro Totally Spies? They were just as annoying and arrogant as Angelica.

Apart from the violent owner of Tom, Clint Clobber, there is also Jeannie who is a terrible babysitter, and the 2 protagonists tried to make sure the baby stayed safe and she always misjudged their "protection" for harming the baby. There is also Eliot from Eliot Kid, whose wild imagination mostly put himself into trouble. And why would anyone hate Dora? She sometimes ask help from us to find the right way and solve puzzles, the one we should hate is Swiper the fox, whose swiping obsession can sometimes cause even more problems
