I don't find any nicktoons characters that annoying but beast boy from teen titans go is the one who's annoying

I like Ren Hoeck, Cartman and Squidward. Jerry is the most accurate representation of how some "vulnerable" people take adventage of their condition.

Also I have to strongly disagree with the Ash one. You say his skills reset each series (which is only true for BW) but ever since XY, he's been improving. From placing runner up in the Kalos league, to being the champion of Alola, and now is the world champion

Oh, so we’re still pretending Scrappy Doo is “annoying” huh? Of course we are. Yet if I said anything even remotely negative about “perfect”, “awesome” cartoon characters like Bender, Fred Fredburger, the Minions, Brian Griffin, Flower (from BFDI), Patrick Star (in numerous episodes), Pizza Steve and the Toddler Titans, I’d get literally crucified for saying such “blasphemy”. Except Scrappy Doo is a billion times better than ANY of those characters and I’ll die on the hill that he’s amazing. FIGHT ME!

With Candace, her constant snitching is actually what makes her funny. As for Jerry it depends on who starts it. Someone else I would like to add to the list is Mayor Humdinger from Paw Patrol. He's kinda unnecessarily shoved into a lot of episodes as of recently.

I actually like Scrappy-Doo, Brian Griffin, Lisa Simpson, Chris Griffin, and Meg Griffin. Even though I'm a fan of South Park, Eric Cartman is my least favorite character out of the four main protagonists with Stan, Kyle, and Kenny, though I do like Eric a bit. I completely agree with you on Barney, the Tibble Twins, Uncle Grandpa, Beavis, Butt-Head, Bloo (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends), Mr. Krabs, Dora the Explorer, Johnny Test, DW Read, the "Teen Titans Go!" version of Robin, Angelica Pickles, and Caillou. I also hate the Smurfs, so I have a feeling that I would probably Brainy Smurf (I haven't watched much of the Smurfs since it doesn't look like a good show). I also think I'd hate Toot Braunstein if I watched "Drawn Together," and I think I'd hate all the characters from that show if I watched it. A few characters who I think are annoying who weren't on that list include Peppa Pig, Sid the Science Kid, Clarence Wendle, and Patrick Star.

Brainy Smurf is already being rescued from the scrappy heap and he's no longer self centered and arrogant, and his ego has been downplayed. those people need to stop making discontinued fanfics of Brainy and move on to his nickelodeon version! There was an episode where Brian was hit by a car and died. After Brian's death, the Griffins went to the animal shelter and adopted Vinny. Then, in another episode, Stewie and Vinny fixed the time machine, and then Stewie went back in time to save Brian.
