@@Luna-wg6ic Religions are slowly becoming outdated and proven completely false. The bible has been rewritten so many times, the original one would have a lot less information within it, and science has progressed a lot since then so people added a few verses or recorded them throughout the ages. Martin Luther rewrote the bible from Latin to German which was the first Bible that wasn't in Latin. The translation into modern languages probably isn't close to the original.

Thank you for your video. Years ago in the 1950 and 60's when I was 9 years old through my teen s, my grandmother and great aunt warned me about most of the foods you have mentioned. They also never used food additives and extra preservatives. My meals were home cooked. To this day, in my mid seventies I bring my breakfast and lunch to work. I am very particular where I dine out. Again thank you for your very informative video.

I think the whole problem is we focus on the name of the food rather than the quality of the food. A farm chicken which was fed organic corn, oats, grass, worms and gravel from the ground is much healthier than soy beans from mutated seeds sprayed with chemical fertilizer and poisonous pesticides. But the doctor only tells you "hey you need to cut down on your meat consumption". And even modern day gurus of veganism foolishly tell you "meat is bad for you". Medicine isn't the public's guide, but the advertiser's right hand. We need to think essentially and not superficially.

Sashimi , raw fish in Japan is always eaten with a green Shiso leaf. It’s kind of like a fresh mint leaf. It’s an anti parasitic. Wasabi is used in sushi because it’s an anti parasitic. That is why those two items are very important when eating raw fish. You have probably eaten, ingested millions of parasites and did not know it. Cooked meats just means cooked parasites.

If more people knew why those ingredients are included they would eat those two items in order to prevent parasitic infections.

This made the man happy and then he thought of something. He asked the doctor this, " I'm glad to be doing good, but do you have any advice for me to stay healthy?" The MD replied, " Yeah, just one thing - if it tastes good, spit it out!"

Well, hell. This explains some of my health problems and tells me I definitely need to reconsider, again, what I eat every day. Too much of what I eat on a regular basis is on your list. I quit booze by the time I entered my 30's 45 years ago, but now drink a lot of soft drinks and fruit juice. It looks like that will have to change too. I've had Congestive Heart Disease since 2002 and Type 2 Diabetes since 2010. In 2013 my heart Dr told me he did not expect me to see 2018. So what he was telling me was that he did not expect me to live 5 more years. I cut back on most of the stuff he said was killing me but from what you just told me, I still need to change even more eating habits.

The man is controller of his own body before that he was only a possibility. He could have existed in every kind of possibility (In infinite world, he could have either be in David's body, or other's body, but he is there) if the controller is depressed, then it should ask himself ("What's there before I came, and as this world came?") the subconscious is the one who sustains the body in every kind of way, and shows how the world like by its feeling state (and requires fats and B vitamins to work properly) and is the holder of the blitzing thoughts. And there is no body which isn't having any observer in it (Or example YOU, Truth is given to serene!) The other people are different brains, and the spiritual books are only a reminder Inviting to Undefinable, The Originator of Possibilities or The Answerer Brain produces trillions of things in perfect order, perfectly knowing his body and having DNA that improves and doesn't collapse (This type of world is insanely hard to stabilize, and how did it happen? the Undefinable caused its existence) and a soul that is aware of its moves and eye pixels, that listens to the brain and controls things and chooses by quantum rules (Matter's logic in this world, its not so random, All in Existence! When You become Serene (hear brainwaves and see eye pixels), you will understand what's truly Indefinable, Manual, and not automatic!) but how could no rules create rules? and then put even more rules (which are limited and automatic) and make from it compact creation and the rules work perfectly, atoms connect perfectly, things get compact and perfectly smart enough with an observer in it but the man today is malnourished lacking vitamin D3, Vitamins B group (from B1 to Nitrilosides) and lacking iodine, and vitamin k2 And is fed with seed oils and synthetic creations, and sugar Good examples are in everything natural, and wheatgrass, and fruit seeds (one is rich in everything, and another one has nitrilosides (Cyanide, Benzaldehyde, Glucose) and cells that break down them into good things) Each area feels differently The universe is not only 4 dimensional (transparent energy) have you seen animals who can contact with man? have you tried asking The Answerer (as is the information in subconscious, and as Existence is!) to give you a way to glorify Lord of Existence! then actually doing it? And feeling how does it go? Humble is the man which no things affect him in any bad way (And he still is the conscious-clear controller of his body) And the life can be mastered, and from everything dual alike was made! (Matter's way Automatic-Manual to Spectator) Observer is sent to this life (man's body) for his own achievements and experiences, and his body will resurrect, as Matter has shape memory! And you still count by Eternal Existence!

For the last 7 years I've been taking "Amygdalin" (contains Cyanide) from crushed Apricot seeds, 500 Mg two or three times a day and instead of dying my brother (83 y/o) and I have gotten rid of prostate cancer. We got rid of cancer in the first 6 months, but I keep taking Amygdalin as a health maintenance. At age 65 I don't have any health problems; it's said that the Amygdalin side effects are: regulates your blood pressure, gets rid of bad cholesterol and may increase your appetite, even though some people get upset stomach (not me). The only way that the cyanide molecule contained in Amygdalin can be opened (activated) is by a cancerous cell which will die at that moment otherwise it (cyanide) goes through your system as water does. I even challenged my doctor with this info when he tried to show me in "Web Med" in his office that I was taking poison; I told him that it was "misinformation" since my brother & I were very much alive, that false info was to scare people so that they increase the profits from the real poison which is chemo.

Unless you add a lot of different seasoning to any meat,I can't tell the flavor difference between a t bone or a London broil. Beef tastes like beef, same with pork. We were raised on beans of different kinds, peas, potatoes and bread. My grandmother lived to be 102,my mother 98. My father 92. My dad had dementia. Non ever had cancer, diabetes, surgeries of no kind. Old age just got them. I'm seventy, an do ok. I do suffer arthritis, osteoporosis. But no major surgeries. My husband whom is a picky eater, eating mostly red meat, and processed sandwich meats, suffered colon cancer an a heart attack, five blockages to his heart. He made it. Fifteen years cancer free. Some years ago, on a trip to Japan, we went to a restaurant in Kyoto where no one spoke a word of English (or any other language for that matter!) We pointed at some items on the menu and asked the waitress what they were and whether we should order them. Then we pointed at “fugu”, she nodded and said “fish”. We asked “good?”, she said “good! specialty!” So, we ordered it without knowing that it was this infamous puff-fish. The fish was then cooked “hotpot” style in a boiling bouillon on our table. We ate it and were left completely “unimpressed”. It was absolutely ordinary, I would even say tasteless. It was only on the following day when we looked up fugu online that we found out what it was and how closely we may have come to dodging a bullet. (Oh, just to clarify why we didn’t look it up while we were still at the restaurant, well, the stylish restaurant was too traditional to allow WiFi!)

I have been eating raw fish for over 40 years absolutely no problem whatsoever. Are you really gonna give in to the fear mongers? You know this video was brought to you by the World Economic Forum who wants you to stop eating meat. Because they want you to wither away and die by stopping you from eating the most nutrient dense food on the planet...... And like sun you said. All you have to do is freeze the fish and most sushi has been frozen before it got to the sushi bar. The only time you'd have to worry about that is when you're buying fresh fish out of the fish market and trying to make sushi directly from it. Do a little research instead of just listening to a stupid KZread video and taking what they say at face value. You'll thank yourself

I was surprised when he said that the cause of the effects to the brain are unknown. Sounds like someone's trying to cover up the cause. Fast food as well as ALL PROCESSED foods/beverages contain preservatives and ingredients that contain a synthetic hormone that mimics natural estrogen called xenoestrogens. Xenoestrogens have been linked to cause cancer, autoimmune diseases, hormone imbalances, nutrition deficiencies, eventual DNA mutations, etc. They're found in almost everything we come into contact with on a daily basis and eliminating exposure to Xenoestrogens would be extremely difficult to do (even though it's one of the key steps in refortifying yourself) Prior to the use of Xenoestrogens in ingredients in everything from food to plastic containers (even food grade) and more men's active Testosterone levels didn't drop as they got older. A proper nutrition is the best only true solution to all ailments. Sadly doctors aren't taught about the importance of nutrition during their 10+ years (unless you're studying to be a nutritionist). All of the info mentioned relating to Xenoestrogens was found in multiple research studies over the last 60 years (since plastic was created). Do your own research if you don't believe me.

Sorry about your food sensitivity but I'm having a hard time with the explanation. Wild caught fish have more toxins because they are in nature and we won't stop polluting our oceans, so farmed fish would be better since the habitats are controlled and maintained. I don't understand how someone could tell the difference between the two unless you can taste the toxins in the fish? If people are so worried about the difference you know you can always go buy a pole and go fishing catch your own dinner like I used to.

It's not ALL bad eggs that contain salmonella. Salmonella is a contaminant, it doesn't exist naturally in raw foods. As for cooking they cant afford a cook at Odyssey ( they are everywhere) so they had the clients cool for the entire rehab and make the staffs breakfast lunch and dinners. They say it's to teach responsibility. I hope one of those answer the question. It depends on the kind of facility but most people use it to get sober, look good for court, and get their kids back or something. They were also showing non processed meat as being processed in the same breath. Processed can mean many different things. A inch thick steak has been processed from cow to butcher. Bologna, sausage and other shelf friendly meat products have been processed to give them a longer shelf life. No matter what we consume it must be processed according to guidelines for that product. This is a misleading video because it compares food of several nationalities to the norm of food dishes. Some things tastes better raw, some things taste better cooked. You can't compare a raw oyster to haggis and it can't be compared to brunswick stew. or souse. They are ethnic dishes. You can only compare similar dishes to similar dishes.

Before i sleep, I add a little hot water and steam it for at least 3 minutes. Then keep it at room temperature until next morning and I can eat it without reheating. Never got stomach problem. You will get a problem if you do not wash the pot well. And if ever it starts to smell bad, never reheat. just throw it. And wash the pot well with rock salt or concentrated salt for at least 2 minutes. You are likely to have a problem if you put the cooked rice out open in the table because the bacteria in the air can hasten the spoilage,
