Any coloured gemstone would be so lovely. Beautiful open colour sapphire gems would be incredible.

The Spencer Tiara is for every Lady born from the Earl Spencer's line to borrow and use. Its only right for her to wear as she's the daughter of an Earl. Why would she wear a crown jewel on her wedding day when her own family have one

I absolutely love the Strathmore Rose Princess Catherine wore more recently.... I had heard about it prior, someone did a video saying that it could have been one of the 5 Harry said was offered to her for their wedding, but who knows. If so, I'm glad she doesn't have the best taste bc it looked absolutely perfect on Catherine anyway ❤😂

The Vladimir tiara is my favorite

My absolute favourite tiara, is the Cameo tiara 😍Crown princesse Victoria wore it at her wedding.

The Braganza Tiara was comissioned by Emperor Pedro I of Brazil as a weding gift to Princess Amelia of Leuchtemberg who married him back in 1829 in Rio de Janeiro. It was made with brazilian diamonds, and, in her will, she left it to her sister, Queen Josefina of Sweden.

It should be back in Portugal. Tiaras should be kept in the country of origin and not given to whoever places their dirty hands on it.

Thank you for your information. About the dutch Stuart tiara, and Queen Maxima wearing the magnificient headpiece. HM only wore the whole setting on their Statevisit to the UK in 2018 including the old Stuart diamond.

You left off The Fife Tiara! I saw it last summer at Kensington Palace, so stunning.

Exactly! I was looking fr a comment about this. None of the other women were referred to by their maiden names and I stopped watching when he called her Kate Middleton - so disrespectful!

Fun fact: The ladies cannot use hair spray when wearing these tiaras, lest the spray net get on the stones and metal. Definitely adds a layer of difficulty for the styling team! Cheers from Canada.

The spray may be applied to the under layers of hair and left to dry before continuing styling. Also there are many styling products and techniques available that don’t require hairspray.

I was named after the Vladimir Tiara, so it's my favorite. It's very beautiful and I love that it is customizable. The Infinity Tiara is incredible!

Wow, the Henkel von Donnersmark Tiara no wonder is so expensive. I did apply once for an apartment from the Henkel of Donnersmark real estate. I could not believe how terribly kept that house of 16 apartment was! The bathroom was not renovated since the fifties

Isn't the _cyclops_ the "starter tiara" of Princess Madeleine, though? 🤔 The first tiara of the crown princess was dubbed "the paper clip tiara" because some said it looked as if cobbled together from office supplies. 😉 😄 Both have since moved in to other tiaras...

“WOW “ what beautiful jewels, I wish we could see our royals wearing them more often, because we only get to see the occasionally. Our Queen Elizabeth used to wear different ones but she had her favourite ones too. Perhaps our new Queen Camilla and the Princess of Wales will wear more different tiaras too. I wonder just how many tiaras our British Royals have to choose from, it would be very nice to see them all. I also wonder if Princess Charlotte has been given one ready for her wedding .

If women are "adorning these tiaras," the women are decorations on the tiara. I've heard that usage on a few videos recently. The correct usage is "women are adorned by tiaras," which is clunky. I just heard another correct usage in this video: "resting on a base adorned by jewels."

Typically, tiaras are worn only by married women. So among Royal families in Europe, women receive their first tiara (or the right to wear a loaned one) upon marriage. This tradition is not followed by the Japanese Imperial Family -- nor non-royal personages.

​@@markmh835 in the Swedish royal family, the princesses seem to get their first use of a tiara at 18. In the Japanese imperial family, I think it's at 21. Usually they are not married at that age. 😉 Not too long ago, we have seen pictures of crown princesses (to be, in one case) at a birthday party of Princess Ingrid of Norway. All three in tiaras. But they are princesses by birth. - Also, there are photos of Princess Anne, and the late Princess Margaret, wearing tiaras before being married. It's not such a hard and fast rule even for the British. Crown princess Mary of Denmark even wore her tiara before the wedding; though she wasn't a princess nor officially married just then. 😉
