The US Open is the final Grand Slam of the year and takes place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The 2022 US Open saw Spain's Carlos Alcaraz and Poland's Iga Swiatek claim the men's and women's singles titles. It was both players' first US Open title, with Alcaraz claiming his first Grand Slam title and Swiatek claiming her third Grand Slam title. The 2023 US Open main draw is scheduled to go ahead between August 28 - September 10. Serena’s hurt because it was truly an incredible story. From dirt poor to one of the GOATS! Two sisters defy every single odd to rule and even change women’s tennis. Without them, women’s tennis wouldn’t be as popular as it is now. They always paid respect to the women, particularly Billie Jean King, who came before them. The current women today are literally playing on the shoulders of giants.
Nadal Vs Medvedev is one of my favourite ever matches. Rafa was up two sets and a break, just weeks after crushing Danill a month earlier in Montreal. What unfolded after that was just incredible 🔥

its so sad the era of the goats is nearly ending but we have still got sinner rune and alcaraz to look foward too. I also feel like the del pietro win hit different showing why it means so much to even win one grand slam, I feel like he knows and so do the other players like wawrinka murray and cilic and maybe thiem and medvedev know that they now have a place in tennis history even if they werent the domiant players and almost sometimes the wildcards in grandslams because of the big 3 so i js thought that even though they may be nothing to the big 3 their still legends in my and many other peoples heart!!!🥰
