Yes many people having same issue

I had the same problem on my Jimny. During the 3rd service, the service center resolved it; I was not present during the service as my driver had taken it to get it done. I spoke to the technician on the phone and they said they cleaned the brake pads and the rotator as there was a lot of dirt accumulated. It resolved the issue, however, your video is very useful for future reference.

learn to do things on your own, including complete washing, cleaning, fixing things, removing wheels, removing rotor and clean, get proper tools. It will be one time investment for life then you will learn a lot about vehicle yourself. otherwise you will have to constantly run after service centers official / local. but nothing beats your own involvement with your vehicle. you will have to master it.

Sir investing in the tool is not issue ...prblm is i dont have covered and secure place to do the things and in ncr doing thing in open is not possible as raise usually high

bro, oo showroom wala aap ke loot lere baar baar diagnostic charges bolke. also, is there anyway that you can cover the disc rotors from elements like small stones getting in there? because when hard small stones get trapped they get scratch the disk and make grow eventually. General Wear and Tear - over time, rust build-up and regular usage of the brakes can cause your brake discs to develop grooves. So, it means we have to keep the breakpads and rotor clean regularly.

Hi, my jimny has the same issue. So far the company has tired 1) Rotors and brake pads from a different car which didn't have this issue 2) Different stock wheels [rims+tyres](i have 225/70r15 apollo appterra at2) 3) torquing all the suspension componenets. The car has run 8200kms only. They kept the car with them in service center for 10days but still could not find issue. Do you have any recommendations?

Bro firet tyre brand new roators also them to order new and test them on yours because same thing was done on mine...else you can get your cleaned like me and try nothing you going to lose in this....you can check pan road ...apart from this some wheel have found issue in bearing where tyre are connected with excel... these options also..mostly it is realted to rotarers only

Did they say that you have upgraded tyres ???

No they said they will try by putting stock tyres in case after everything issue is not getting resolved they have stock saying u have upgraded tyres as most of jimny running on 215 as they know this
