Great video. I’ve had code E012 a few times. Had the igniter rods replaced. Happened again and Navien had my tech adjust the gas valve. 12 months no problem. Problem just happened again. I’m wondering if it’s possible to confirm gas pressure by having pressure gage installed so we can read it?

I wish i would have saw this before we had one installed. High cost and high maintenance. We have had for less then 18 months. Three service calls to date.

I have two Naviens. One is for the hot water and the other is for baseboard heat. The hot water shows the water temp on the display. The other never shows anything on the display. The baseboard heat comes up but an ecobee thermostat sends me emails that there is a problem with the furnace.

It’d be nice if the camera had gone higher to show the intake filter but I can probably figure it out, for my neighbors boiler I’m always having to reset for the pt resident ugh.

How about an abnormal cascade code on the main heater with two side by side heaters when the electricity goes off? It’s an easy 5-6 step fix but Navien stopped helping over the phone. Need someone to make a video about how to reset. Would be so helpful

Hi that’s the 736 code and in the installation and operation Manual under connecting the communication cables will help u troubleshoot that no problem

Man, we've had E127 twice in under a year. We called someone to come out sometime tonight but it's so annoying. It sounds like the little engine that can't until the error appears lol.

110 codes are typically exhaust blockage codes and can occur more frequently during cold seasons if ice collects through either of the pvc pipes , or it could be a fan issue or even a condensate line issues
