Mental health issues? He needs to eat a fucking sandwich. Get some meat on his bones. Healthy body = healthy mind. When I suffered from anorexia I was diagnosed with all sorts of shit. Major Depression, Bi-polar, schizophrenia, agoraphobia, Anxiety. But once I started forcing myself to eat and started taking care of my body all of that shit just went away. The healthier my body became the healthier my mind became. Skinny little fuck needs to put down the instruments and pick up a fork.

+Ursine Maximus That's your opinion. After almost a year without any indication of him being alive, Dave posted a music video about how he felt and explaining everything that he's been through. About a day or two later, he posted a second video about everything he's doing for himself, including a regular- *healthy*- diet and a daily workout schedule. Not everyone's bodies are the same. Some people are able to accumulate more body/muscle mass than others- but just because someone is skinny, doesn't mean they aren't healthy. It also takes time for your body to grow that muscle mass, being someone who has seen this change in yourself, I would have thought that you would have understood that, but your comment seems to say otherwise. In your case, working out and eating healthily has helped you overcome your eating disorder and that's an awesome story. From what I gather watching Dave's videos (being a long time subscriber to his channel), Dave's routine seems to be working for him, he is posting videos more frequently and seems genuinely happy with his life at the moment. I guess my point is that it was not always that way for him.
