I think i'm getting to this archetype. I feel that 20-35 year old women have more of a sexual attraction towards me as they don't perceive me as a "baby" anymore. Not gonna lie i think injecting testosterone helped a lot too lol

Cool video but i think 10-12% bodyfat isnt a must. You can still look in shape with 13-14% or more
