when you open google for first time, you click i agree and you probably dont even kniw what you agree with. by clicking i agree, you are giving google permision to do it legaly

Perhaps it's no longer necessary because there is now a 3.0 version or something similar. I haven't tried it, but you might want to give it a try, and hopefully, any existing errors have been fixed by now
