I am completing my degree in engineering and wanted to live in the USA. But I completely changed my mind, I intend to go to Russia after graduating. A much more beautiful country, good culture, rich history and good people. The more I study Russia, the more I fall in love with the country.

If you would watch closely current events in the world, you would notice that the pendulum has now changed its direction, the East is getting richer and more advanced while West is getting poorer and this is what I meant when saying that Russia has potential to became the best country. Their growth started merely 24 years ago and look how much they achieve.

Am Ghanaian born with both German citizenship and Russian citizenship. I was told that Russia 🇷🇺 isn't good place for me as an African. Trust me. For 14 years i moved in Russia 🇷🇺. I have never experienced racesim. However. When i was in western Europe 🇪🇺. You have no idea what i went through in western Europe. Spain. Italy. Switzerland. Luxembourg. Germany. And Austria. Before moving to Russia 🇷🇺 with my Russian wife. Although there's still good citizens in western Europe. And am very grateful for thier helped. GOD bless them.

Moscow isnt russia. Its like its own state inside russia. All the tax money from this 150 million people country is only invested in megacity Moscow region and St Petersburg region. Meanwhile in rural russia where most people live, millions of people live in shacks and literally poop into outhouses. Not kidding my ex was russian I am from germany and know many many russians since almost 2 million live here If you want to see average russian city look up chelyabinsk or novosibirsk People outside moscow hate the „fancy“ moscow people and moscow people see rural russia as peasantry Remember even a police makes 580 rubles a hour which is like 5.50 dollar. Here in germany a toilet cleaner makes 3 times that

Just hope for the best for Russia, hopefully through these sanctions it will make Russia more independent and make more local components, so in the future Russia no longer relies on imported components

I agree that Russia is very independent in surviving with all the sanctions because of it's own natural resources, such as drilling their own oil, rebranding goods and carefully trading with other countries they can trust without regretting it later. Here in the U.S. the current administration is ruining our economy! They stopped all drilling on our land, causing the cost of living to shoot through the roof! They did it to despise the previous administration who was trying to make America Great again meaning to make our own goods without trading and depending on other countries to do it for us. Russia is Great providing its own products hopefully keep cost low for the average citizens to live comfortably. ✌☺

In fact, where Lisa now lives is right across the river from the Fili district, which used to be a village where Kutuzov held his historic military council in Sept 1812 shortly after the devastating Borodino battle( where Bagration perished, among many others) making a decision to cede Moscow to Napoleon's troops to be later able to deal the French the decisive blow. That's why there are lots of place names there commemorating the 1812 War.

I personally associate the name Bagration primarily with Operation Bagration of the Great Patriotic War (the most significant period of WWII for us). And although Wikipedia writes that the objects are named after the commander - your comment took me aback and made me interested and check - some streets were renamed by this name precisely after the war in 1946, others were created long after. There is a lot to think about here, but we’ll leave it for those who like and know how to study archives...

I'm from Detroit, Michigan and we have a river, but I doubt we would ever see this kind of public transportation in the near future. They may have evening river cruises in the summer, which gets very crowded and takes away the romance when the crowd gets too rowdy loud! I love nice relaxing music you play too! Thank you for doing this in the Winter because this vindicates the LFP battery technology, Summer is one thing but Russian Winter is an other. In Summer there were massive crowds but Lisa proves her courage by facing the river in an extra icy Moscow Winter. Great to see it still quite busy and popular in Winter.

We have a similar situation here in Hamburg, Germany, where the river Elbe runs through our city. I used a ferry to get to work for over 20 years. I loved it, especially in Summer. If I ever visit Moscow , I will make sure to use your high tech ferry !

I guess Germany and Hamburg personally still are ahead of Moscow and Russia. Because in Russia such things are only started to get developing. In USSR river transport was popular but then came dark times and almost everything was destroyed and lost. We still need a huge amount of time and money to invest.

I had lived in the EU for almost 20 years and been all over Germany and still prefer to live in Russia. Sadly Germany has changed for the worse over the past 15-20 years.

That river bus is very modern and quite an attraction of it's own. It offers a unique view of the city from the bottom position with most of it's central districts in view.

Yes all the videos from the Summer show it moving faster. Plus they have to conserve battery energy in the cold weather. Still fast enough. Excellent quality video, well shot and edited.

Very good video. I love to see more urban design, infrastructure and design in Moscow. A great and well planned city! Amazingly spacious and stylish and futuristic inside and much more spacious and newer than the equivalent ferries in Istanbul. Is it part of Moscow Transport? Also the size of the windows and panoramic design is much better than designs in other big cities. The views are amazing.

Yes we have transport card (Troika), it shared for buses, riverbuses, subway, trams, commuter rail lines (MCD), Moscow Monorail, also transport card working in 38 different regions in Russia, including Moscow Oblast around Moscow. Also if you switch between subway and buses/MCD using Troika, no payment needed if you switch transport within 90 minutes after first pay. So you can switch transport many times in 90 minutes and pay only once

I watched a lot of videos on Russia; and I agree with you. Russia is so clean like Switzerland 40 years ago. Russia can be compared with Singapore. ( And I stayed in Singapore).😊

@@ulisirius9027 Brazil looks like a trash can compared to Russia, and it's not just the big cities, I watch videos of the Russian countryside, even the poor neighborhoods, everything is so clean, so beautiful, even the simplest hut in Siberia is very tidy. Here in Brazil, you walk through the city center and smell human feces on the sidewalks.

Thanks, Lisa! I really enjoyed you showing us this futuristic form of transport. It looks very comfortable and cozy inside, and the views are amazing. I like that there is a cafe at the station also. We have a small watertaxi with only a few stops in the city where I live as a river goes through our downtown, but it only works from April through September.

Very impressive vehicle and operation in general... this is the kind of thing I would expect to find in Germany or Sweden... but I don't think either actually HAS so cutting-edge a river-metro system. Russia should be very proud... and yes, (among other things) it has made Moscow my number one travel target for a city-break going forward.
