The Mosaic is a gated community located in the southern section of Port St Lucie and is being built by Kolter Homes and this new community will consist of 238 single family homes and offers 9 different floor plans starting at $461,990 - $584,990 as of November 2023. Another BONUS is every floor plan will have the option to add an upstairs bonus room which cost $50,000 - $80,000 on average.
Exterior features of the home will include Impact Glass for all windows, sliding glass doors and all openings. Paver Driveway and front walks, 8Ft Front Doors and the option to upgrade from 8ft to 10ft Sliding Glass doors leading out from the great room.

Your video is super helpful, David, thank you! One thing the salesperson told me is that wood decor on the walls or beams in the tray ceilings are not an upgrade provided by Kolter and you would have to hire a private contractor to install these after you move in.

Thanks for the comment, it’s possible they have changed this my first video . I was told the wood decor was not included but builders do add and subtract items all the time . I’d love the opportunity to help you find the perfect home if you haven’t already visited the builders in person. It doesn’t cost you a penny to use myself as your realtor just so you are aware etc 😁
Mosaic is on SE Becker Road. The turnpike is the divider of east and west of street name

You are 100% correct. I am always so used to saying SW and when filming these videos you have a ton of other information you have to try and remember and sometimes little stuff like this happens. Thanks for taking the time to comment

They generally don't offer as much as other builders. If you shoot me an email Ill get ahold of my go to sales person in the morning to see what they have currently. Kolter is more or less a semi custom builder, rarely do they have spec homes but I actually think they have 1-2 currently, just depends on your time frame to purchase etc.You can email me at Info@DavidJRogers.com
