Hope you don't mind me dropping some more info in your comments here. Keep in mind guys lores are important to being really good . Lores is basically your understanding of materials . You don't have enough points to know everything about every material in the game and know how to craft several items . So you have to decide what it is you plan to do . Look at metallurgy and the lores under it if you want to know metals . Look at animal materials to know about bone and hide and such . Look into textiles if you want to master the use of cottons and silks . In haven the best animal material you will find Molarium it comes from predators , the best place to farm it is at the razor back field past the wester bandit camp hidden off the road . The best metal you can get in haven is cuprum. You will need someone who is focused on extracting to get that cuprum made from the granum you can't have crafting, lores , and be good at extracting .. see .? Also you can use those wood weapons to raise skill but that is if you are into cutting wood . If you use wood it will raise your wood lores if you plan on making shields it will help with that.

I really despise the usage of the word 'best' on it's own. Contact is key everywhere and especially here. You mentioned cuprum for instance being the 'best' metal you can get in Haven. For me it's not the best because my 2hander swords are really heavy and therefore slow swinging and I want them to be faster. In addition to that I cant make armor from cuprum (or can I, I'm still a noob) so blood ore is more useful to me since I can make steel from it, in the end. Is it the best metal you can transfer from Haven because it has many uses therefore as the most useful can potentially be the best selling metal in Myrland?

@@Skevapo depends where you spawn, all places have a list of materials and lack of others, so steel can berare at the spawn A and therefore the it's expensive. It can also be cheaper in point B because it has a lot of steel there, the game is complicated, some love it for that, some hate

Just get the book and begin learning the skill that is 3 layers deep. IE Blunt Head Crafting and as you read it ALL the skills above it will raise as well...Most (but not all) skills can be learned in this manner

To upgrade quality? It has to learn materials lore and level them and level and craft some of the same? Like the cooking skill that you can level it cooking.

In the crafting tutor, saids that the quality of materials and level affect the final quality of the craft. So i've to farm more... I wanna leave haven but now... XD.

Exactly ! sometimes name of book is not exactly same thing as the skill. could be wery confuzing

A big tip for new players, start in meduli it is the safest of all the towns with lots of friendly anti-rpk guilds, and has the best slashing weapon material you can mine(jadeite) in the city. Tindrem and MK looks cool but is known for having the most hostile players.

All I know is they basically confirmed it in the dev video that they'll be adding PvP arenas sometime in the future but that was all they said, so maybe in march / april / may.

I'm really trying to get into this game and the systems are so fucking vague. Theres a difference between being vague and just lazy. This entire UI is lazy in my opinion. Just no effort at all. Map icons, yeah leave that out make the user run around and try to find vendors. Crafting? Nah don't help them at all. let them gusss completely or google how to craft stuff. Charge $45 and a sub fee coming. Lets work as little as possible, we don't have time for this stuff. It's crazy the amount of guessing and zero help this game is.

Lmao yeah i thought maybe I’d play it until I heard it was a sandbox mmo. Idk if it’s me or not but everytime I watch people playing it it is very laggy and clunky and just awkward idk what it is. I respect that he covers the games he plays though.
