Actually every character either from other Mortal Kombat games or Hollywood movies 🎬 although their fighting techniques aren't like the video game producers made them which caught my eyes including the finishers

the old graphics was the best at that time. what a sweet and great memories 😔 thanks a lot for bringing back these memories. God bless you all

I remember there was this asian dude. Wore all black, had a mustache, long black sharp fingernails lol. He was so good at Mortal Kombat, he seemed like an MK character. We lined our quarters up at the bottom of the screen for turns.

I LOVE the fact that some of these voice actors for the mk chracters are from different games, Rains is from Armageddon,scorpion has his mk9/X one, tremor is the voice of one of the executioner’s from Mythologies, this game is GREAT and nice play through by the way😊.

This is the purest form of MK amazing

I really love the time and effort put into this mugen. You can tell the team worked really hard on this. Like Seriously, oldskool/alternate MK versions of all the modernized, all very detailed animations even for the original cast. Motaro's Fighting style here is really unique! Pretty neat! I definitely liked the creativity of stage fatality on this stage at 6:06. lol

Something that needs to happen: Version Selection of characters in the select screen. It'll reduce clutter and make the screen more pleasing to the eyes. One character folder with multiple files to access? That kind of thing? Also, Arcade mode should be programmed so certain characters aren't fought

​@@6omni6draconian6 It originated in MKII, when the face of Dan Forden (one of the sound programmers from the game) would yell "Toasty" after Scorpion executed his finishing move...with the spitting of the "inferno" after removing his mask. (The fatality itself was nastier looking than in MKI, as the "victim" would be still standing while burning before finally falling over dead!) But I think he also says it after Scorpion so much as uppercuts an opponent. To me, it was sort of funny in MKII, but got old by MKIII, and it's just flat-out annoying now...about 25 years or so later! I also believe he had two other sayings (in the same falsetto voice) by MKIII: "Crispy" (again, perhaps related to Scorpion's "fire" fatality), and "Frosty" after Sub-Zero's fatality.

@@pjmills8832 Toasty after an uppercut applies to any character. It is also used after Scorpion's MK2 fatality as you stated (and "toasty 3D" in the MK4 version) Crispy I think I after performing the stage fatality in Scorpion's Lair, and then frosty happened when you froze your opponent with Sub Zero when their health was on danger in MK3/ UMK3. I remember hearing the term toasty derived from "you're toast", but that has been stated for years.

Even tho the character selection is a lil' overboard I could see a MK project being done as good as this one. I like the fact they even tweaked some characters, tweaked the fatalities and even added some characters + stages from other MK titles.

Games made with mugen are played only on pc. This is a mugen version of the classic MK

If someone were to remake MK1, 2, and 3 all rolled into one game with this style of graphics but using 4k UHD resolution assets and modern audio, etc., I'd buy the game twice. Maybe even three times.
