She's not doing "echo" with her own voice u dork, she is just singing the last 2 notes from each bar. nobody can sing over his own voice

@@AxelAyalaRG actually yes they can but it is hard. By reverbing with your chest while changing the notes you can produce a slow note and a fast note resulting in an "echo". If you flick your tongue while doing it it can even triple note. Highly trained Flute players can do it.

@@raynitaylor1912 Yma Sumac is a great example of a singer who could do this. She had a huge vocal range and could do tons of crazy things with her voice. I think growing up high up in the Andes mountains in Peru had something to do with it. The elevation makes your vocal cords more flexible or something like that.

Not even gonna lie, this has to require an insane amount coordination and practice. Mad props.

This is yes a very hard task, but they do it separately in the studio then sync it on hardware, just like music is made nowadays.

​@@goddamnpavuk1099that's not really accurate either. The song is IN the movie soundtrack, but not from it. The Mortal Kombat album was a standalone album before Techno Syndrome was included in the movie soundtrack (thus cementing its legacy as "the MK theme").

She isn’t really scared, it’s a performance. These videos aren’t the actual sound recording. It’s a music video, they all recorded the vocals then just did this video later. The sound was recorder prior then they lip sync for the video

Mortal Kombat 1 .. my first game on Mega Drive Sega . No online games .. used to challenge all my family . Because of this game my childhood was so amazing .

@@thegreenpianist7683 man I have actually asked them for Mortal Kombat once in about middle of July (I don’t remember which video exactly, but if I remember correctly, it was last video before July 16th). I got around 300-400 likes, so I think Maytree could have seen that and written it on their list. I’ve been expecting that they will do this right on the next video like they used to, but they didn’t, so idk if they forgot about it or just put it for later use. If you got many likes on your comments, you may have done your job too, so very thank you, and I’m really happy they finally made it man 💪

Man hearing that title song in the theater when the movie released, in a pitch black theater, with BOOMING surround sound speakers, as the entire theater lit up with orange fire as the logo was illuminated, was just SO FUCKING AWESOME! Seriously that was a great moviegoing moment for me as a teenager. That song will always have a place in my heart for being a perfect representation of what it was trying to do. Get you hyped, get your blood pumping, and wanting to fight someone! Mission Accomplished!
