The Circles are NODES. It says that From 1 node - 1 leaf arise ( least possibility) 1 node -2 leaves arises 1 node - 3 leaves arises. ND based on this Data ,we simply add cirlce & leaves. To get the no. Of leaves will arise from the NODES as their Number increases ( i.e. circles). Hope it Helps
