I take notes :) So just anything that gets written on the board or things that you feel you won't remember later on. This is good practice for taking notes as you can pause the video to write down anything you missed, or if you do miss something, you can just go back to the video as a follow up. I make messy notes (since you need to write quickly) and then later on make neat ones in a special journal that I can go back to for information.
