    I forget the name of what I had at Epcot at the Morocco pavilion at Disney World but it was amazing, Moroccan food is amazing, The people are so friendly, It's a country I'd love to visit.

    I spent some time in the mid 70's in Morocco, and was invited to just such a meal. I did love the food, and appreciate the video because it brings back good memories and reminds me of the cuisine, and even I grow mint now for the occasional Moroccan tea.

    I was amused looking at the way they ate couscous. That is how we eat sambar & rice in parts of Andhra Pradesh in India.

    I travelled to fès in morocco this week and it was very nice. Great mint tea everywhere, tagine, kofta with rice was also great and I brought a few spices with me from the medina.

    We had a great time in Morocco and only got to see a little of Casablanca and Marrakesh, but we will definitely be back to explore Fez and other regions - and even go back to Marrakech.

    Yes, very amazing Berber people, wonderful culture and delicious food! I'm going to try it in my kitchen if I can only find all of the exotic spices......ha ha ha. Peace to the People of Morocco.

    The majority of desert culture they show is originally arabian. The spicemix ras el hanout, mint tea, couscous and tajine are bedouin dishes.

    Actually it is the other way around. The Arab settlers are substantially influenced by the culture of these people and also Persians, byzantine etc.

    +Miroslav Ten The arabian culture has some influences of other cultures, just like most cultures do. But the tajine and couscous are centuries old desert dishes from the bedouines. They spreaded their culture all over east africa and north africa and many adopted it.

    Beanmachine91 Yes it does. But the tajine is way older than a pressure cooker and the food tastes way better if cooked in one. if you ever get the chance you should try a dish made in a tajine and one in a pressure cooker.
