Yes..Yes..Yes.. I AGREE WHAT U SAID. I started this about 5 years back. I am a Liver & Kidney Transplant Patient since about 8 years back. After saying Affirmation, I start doing PRANAYAM for 1 hour, thereafter only I see my Mobile. I AM NOW.. FIT & FINE, HEALTHY & WEALTHY, AND HAPPY. (CA. SUBHASH MAHANDRU, AGE 67 years).
