Morimoto XB Taillights Toyota Tundra
Morimoto XB Taillights Toyota Tundra. The reverse lights on the 2nd gen Tundra are very dim, so I added these tail lights to give me enough light to see when reversing with an overland bed rack/camper/ or topper in the future. These Morimoto XB Tail Lights for the Tundra were a massive increase in light output and also gave me sequential turn signals.

First, I'd like to say that I love the new tundra especially in that color. Secondly, I love the way the mid-height rack is shaped and the height will help ALOT with avoiding extra drag and worse mpg while on any trips. And lastly, that light combo is awesome! I can't believe how bright they are and the sequential signals add that futuristic edge also. Great choice bro!

@@wellthatdidntwork Thanks! appreciate it! This color was the one I had been wanting for the longest time. Wanted it for my 4Runner too back in the day but couldn't find one. I do really love the lights on here, considering possibly doing their lights for my headlights as well. I currently have the rack in the full height position comparing the mid height to the full height. It doesn't seem to be much different but any mpg decrease isn't great on this Tundra as it already gets pretty bad MPG.
That's really bright!

Yeah I still think black looks better on most colors but I love the red on this one.

I have a 97 ford ranger, for overlanding, But I have told the wife several times I am going to steal the 2500HD although it is going to hurt me on those tight trails.
Which wire did you tap into for that back up bar light for the reverse light?
Can you plug the Morimoto Backup Light Boost Bar with the wiring plug directly into the Morimoto taillights?
What made you pick tundra over Tacoma as your next overland vehicle? From the 4runner

I thought about the Tacoma but ultimately I’ve always wanted a full size truck for truck stuff as well are trying to buy a house with some land and I want to be able to haul more than 6500lbs. The tacos are cool don’t get me wrong but that plus building out a truck bed camper I wanted something a bit bigger.
