I just recently found Manly through my teen daughter as soon as I watched the first video I'm like 🤔 now I know why they watch M.B.A.H so much! lol Now, don't get me wrong I doenjoy the playthrough from other gamers I.e Jack, Mark, Pewds, etc but manly doesn't have to scream and yell to make genuinely fun & interesting content. No offense to any of them I obviously still like them, but Manly is like a breath of fresh air and horror is my sheeeeet!!! Good thing is I have a whole lotta games to catch up on! YAY! 😃 recently watched Grounded

There was an outlaw who’s body was traded around for almost 100 years because it was thought he was just a prop or a mannequin. His body was initially claimed by his “family” who turned out to just be carnies and used the body as part of their freak show exhibit. He passed threw several hands until he was on a movie set (many years later) and one of the crew broke his arm on accident and only then was it discovered that it was an actual body

Ao Oni with the AI turned up to an insane degree. That nurse was beyond aggressive, I feel like it's got to be a frame rate issue like Manly said because otherwise this game is way too hard for what it is. I liked this, but all the deaths made it more comedic than scary.

To give the ending context; the "Bodies" exhibit is a real thing debuting in the mid 1990's in Japan. Real human corpses, fetuses and diseased organs were used in display exhibits for a mixture of artistic and scientific displays of how the human body works. It was housed semi-permanently in NYC for about 10 or so years until growing controversy over the belief the corpses used were actually executed Chinese "political prisoners" kind of unofficially drove them out. Now it seems to travel around with no permanent home setting up in random places for 6 month stints. Edit: The people running the exhibit were shady as fuck and eventually admitted they had no idea and didn't ask questions over where they got their dead bodies from.

First time I've seen Manly losing his mind on a game and on such a hurry to save, and we're talking about the "ALL ENDING AND COLLECTIBLES" guy xD

In the first half of the game, it worked. She was pretty scary when you're trying to figure things out. But the nurse seems more like an annoying routine given how predictable she becomes by the time you get to the lower floor (grab item, hide, rinse and repeat). Only moving in the corridors made her feel scary.

Agreed. Her being so overtuned and aggressive and fast just made the game annoying and turned it into "get the item, hide, get like half the way to the objective, hide, etc." It wasn't scary or difficult, just tedious in the end.

i feel like this game could've done better with a lot more "show, don't tell" because it seems to rely a bit heavily on Mori's thoughts that are being spoken. feels a little clunky and bogged down almost. but a nice little game.
