There are plenty of good, so-called, modern country singers and I love all of them. My girl calls it "bro country" which is funny. But Morgan is on another level of poetry/song writing, IMO. His songs are not easy to sing along to. His lyrics are often deep, with complex meanings and their syncopated delivery, like here, makes his songs extra special to me.
