It's been decades since The Pit at Muscle Beach had gawkers and fans staring at the giants and freaks who lifted there. But 350lb competitor Morgan Aste is bringing its popularity back! Catch this insane outdoor workout he does with his trainer Renee, and our own DaveMadMax. He's on point for his competition Sept 5!

Morgan à vraiment un look de bodybuilder des années 90 du style Yates ou Sonbaty (rip), il est vraiment incroyablement massif avec une super qualité musculaire et en plus une belle ligne, rien vue de mieux en France depuis belle lurette comme ont dit !!!! ;) Chapeau l'artiste !!!!!! Faut dire qu'avec René Meme pour l'entrainement, il à peu de chance de ce tromper !

Its because he is more lean here and has a tan, that will make you look so much younger than if you are holding more Bodyfat and have lighter skintone

Look at the most athletic legs out there, not thick stubby football line backers, I am talking professional basketball players, quarter mile sprinters, Swimmers, they are lean and cut but not big, only reason to have big stubby legs are football and powerlifting ext
