can't believe another season is already in the books. I was down there at the end of August, and that already feels like a lifetime ago. already can't wait for spring.

I'm a upper NJ Gal myself.....Cheers NYC area....I too love Joey's commentary. I'm just a little bit bumbed that he doesn't respond. We are the few who Love Amusement Areas for what ever reason...perhaps even in the dead of winter...just to check up on the rides you love. Used to ride the Wonder Wheel in Coney Island in the dead of Winter back in the 70's...every man for themselves....swinging cars of course....Joey helps bring in the NOW Factor of what Wildwood, NJ is all about and that is so important to all of us!!!

The craziest things I did this year was drive to Wildwood with my brother just to ride the Ferris wheel. Plus we stopped at Mack’s for a couple slices. It’s a little over a three hour drive for us both ways.🙂

Oops and I'm also a eagles fan and Phillies fan ❤

I really wanna experience the boardwalk in October after seeing this. Looks awesome and more relaxed than during summer time. We'll probably never get to go with all the sports my children are involved with, but hopefully we can swing it.

Wildwood...My second home. We are about 2-1/2 hours one way from WW. Besides our yearly weekly vacation in August, we took a ride down for just the day twice (Memorial Day Weekend and Fourth of July Weekend). Wildwood is always worth the trip for me & my family. Thanks for always keeping us posted on what's happening at the shore.

Barbara GreenTrnka...lived with my Aunt Clara many summers when I was a young girl. The Morey's are my cousins and so proud of them and all their contributions to Wildwood. Can you look into what the businesses do with the left over hermit crabs? Last year during closing weekend, I took my daughters and we parked towards the north end. Well, they were doing the boardwalk repairs and had it blocked off. We ended up waking along the beach and coming back up on the boardwalk there were dozens of hermit crabs with painted shells that were seemingly just let loose.

Joey, hello my name is Kathryn, I live in Secaucus, NJ. Recently I have been in communication with Knobels in PA and would love to do a comparison of the old Mining Ride to the new ride out in PA. Their season ended so I'm not to sure how much I will get a hold of. In the mean time....."How much history do you have on the Old Miner"? I know there is a Wonderful Documentary , a whole 2 part series on its demolition. and finally a tribute to its standing and its final closing. What wonderful memories. I could really use some help in the sense I would love to put all of this information into a book. Would love to know your thoughts.@@WildwoodVideoArchive

Stores like Fudge Kitchen, tshirt/souvenirs (great discounts this time of year), pizza places like Sam's open late October weekends if weather is good.
