I was just curiouse what kind of plants where being grown with the morels. Some look like grass, but what are the other kinds?

Wow! the morels at your farm are beautiful and strong. the one I picked very fragile for some reason..they are easy to break if i drop them ( I am talking the one fresh when you just pick and poured them from basket to basket, not the dried one )

I'd be skeptical on the taste. most things growing in the wild take on flavors from nature. I know the morels in Indiana,USA that grow in pine thickets taste different then the ones found by elms. and so forth goes to different varieties of morels....but very cool . I have never, ever seen so many at any given time in the USA , in the wild

I wish they would have provided more information on the growing substrate.

If it's translated correctly, one pound sold = 10 Chinese yuan = $ 1.44 (USD) profit per pound. That doesn't sound very successful. Maybe it is for China. I've seen dried morel mushrooms sell from $59 an oz. to $520 a pound online. Something isn't adding up here.

Morel is cool climate mushroom it say the best temperature for it to grow is (15 C ) usually grow in the wild in spring after cold frozen winter.
